EONE Home Appliance “Three Guarantees” Standards<\/h3><\/div><\/div><\/div>

To ensure that consumers using EONE home appliances receive satisfactory after-sales service, the Company strictly provides repair, replacement, and return services (collectively referred to as the “Three Guarantees”) in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, such as the \u300aLaw of the People’s Republic of China on the Protection of Consumer Rights and Interests\u300b, the \u300aProduct Quality Law of the People’s Republic of China\u300b, and the \u300aProvisions on the Liability for the Repair, Replacement, and Return of Certain Commodities\u300b.<\/p>

1. During the “Three Guarantees” validity period, the product is eligible for free repair (including costs for materials and labor); the validity periods for the complete unit and major components of each product are as follows:<\/p>

II. The validity period of the “Three Guarantees” commences on the date the invoice is issued. If the actual delivery of the product occurs after the invoice issuance date, the validity period commences on the date of actual delivery. To avail themselves of the “Three Guarantees,” consumers must provide relevant documentation, such as the invoice or proof of receipt.<\/b><\/p>

III. For household appliance users purchasing products for institutional consumption or production-related consumption, the validity period for the “Three Guarantees” (repair, replacement, and refund) covering both the complete unit and its major components is six months.<\/b><\/p>

IV. The Company sells home appliances with cosmetic defects\u2014which do not affect normal use\u2014at reduced prices; the “Three Guarantees” policy no longer applies to the specific parts affected by the defects.<\/b><\/p>

V. The following situations are not covered by the “Three Guarantees” policy but are eligible for paid repairs:<\/b><\/p>

  • Damage caused by improper handling, installation, use, maintenance, or storage by the consumer.<\/li>
  • Damage caused by disassembly or repair performed by the user or by a repair center not authorized by the Company.<\/li>
  • Lacking a “Three Guarantees” certificate and a valid invoice.<\/li>
  • The model number on the “Three Guarantees” certificate does not match the model number of the product being repaired, or the certificate has been altered.<\/li>
  • Product damage caused by force majeure.<\/li><\/ul>
